How to make a booking ?

We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, MPV's and MPV+ vehicles which can cater for up-to 8 passengers.
The "Meet and Greet" service is where the driver will park their vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place (e.g. an Arrivals Hall at an Airport).
No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air. if it is more then 3 hours delay please contact us.

12 Hours before through our website only.
A. Check the quote for your journey.
B. Select vehicle estate, people carrier or minibus (car seats nor provided in a saloon car) then select appropriate seat from drop down menu.
C. fill all info and make payment.
D. after payment booking is confirmed.
Unfortunately NOT. We do not provide quote over the phone , you can have free quote using our website for free. If you still have any question or can not do it online please email us full trip details to booking@jewelcars.co.uk and we will try our best to help you.
When you arrive at the South Terminal, please go outside to the Short Stay Car Park (BLUE zone) and take the lift to Level 0. Once you confirm you’re there with driver/us, your driver will arrive within 15 minutes.
On arrival at the North Terminal, please remain on the same level. Exit the airport building and walk towards the Sofitel Hotel or Premier Inn. Once you have reached that area, kindly confirm your location with us/your driver. The driver will arrive within 15 minutes after your confirmation.
